Key aspects of sustainable consumption and production are the reuse or repurposing of old materials to contribute to a circular economy. Together with Swarovski you will develop novel approaches to incentivize and conduct circular approaches (repair, re-use, refurbish/repurpose, recycle) that will help consumers and Swarovski to collectively drive a more sustainable jewelry industry.

What's in it for you?
In order to give the developed solutions, the greatest possible appreciation and attention, all solutions of the final teams will be published in a joint publication!
This way, they can be regarded as recommendations for actions or impulses for politics, economy and society and at the same time be pursued further.
In addition, the best team of each use case will receive prize money of 2.500€ and thus a 20.000€ prize pool for the innovate2030 Challenge will be distributed.

Further collaboration & Incentives with Swarovski
Swarovski intends to provide promising teams with the opportunity to further develop their ideas and solutions. During the elaboration phase, the use case finalists will work together with Swarovski on their approaches and discuss their interests in possible further steps after the project on an individual basis. Depending on the results, further collaborations may result and will be discussed at the end of the project.
