Key aspects of sustainable consumption and production are the reuse or repurposing of old materials to contribute to a circular economy. Together with Swarovski you will develop novel approaches to incentivize and conduct circular approaches (repair, re-use, refurbish/repurpose, recycle) that will help consumers and Swarovski to collectively drive a more sustainable jewelry industry.

Workshops
Do you need support in developing your ideas or to find teammates for the Innovate 2030 Challenge?
During the qualification phase, we offer free, digital and interactive Design Thinking Workshops in which you will be supported by innovation experts from ekipa.
The Design Thinking Workshops consist of an educational part about the challenge, the respective use cases and Design Thinking Methods and an interactive part.
In the interactive part, you will be connected to other participants and guided through the different steps of the Design Thinking Process to create first, user-centric ideas for the challenges. Overall, the workshop will take approximately 2-3 hours.
You are free to use the results from the workshop for your submission, however, it is not necessary if you want to submit a different concept. You are free to participate individually, with your existing team or we can match you together with other participants.
After your registration, you will receive an invitation from us in which you will be asked to let us know how you would like to participate. The workshop will be performed digitally via Zoom and in the interactive part, we will additionally use the tool Mural. On Mural you will collaborate, work on your idea and record your process. Afterwards, you will receive your Mural template.
