After the deadline, Doka will review all submissions and select up to five teams to be shortlisted and given the opportunity to get to know Clarios in a virtual meeting. Afterwards, up to three teams will be chosen for the final phase and will be invited to the Collaboration KickOffs.
Collaboration Kickoffs: 1-2 weeks after finalist anouncement
Each finalist will engage in a session with Clarios aimed at refining approaches and laying the groundwork for co-creation journey together in the Collaboration Phase. The session will be guided by open innovation experts from ekipa.
Attendance is mandatory.
Collaboration Phase: Starting right after the Collaboration KickOffs
Adapt and refine your approaches in close collaboration with Clarios, establishing the groundwork for a potential long-term partnership. Each finalist team will receive up to 2,000 euros for successfully conducting this phase from ekipa.
Demo Day: one-day (tbd)
Finalists will present their refined approaches and potential long-term propositions, followed by in-depth discussions. Clarios will then deliberate on the final details and determine which partnership to progress further with.
