How are you involved?

Qualification Phase: until March 12, 2023
In this phase, you have the opportunity to develop new ideas and solutions or to further develop and apply your existing ideas or solution. You can either work alone or together in (interdisciplinary) teams.
Submit your approaches until March 12, 2023, 11:59 PM CET!
Calling the Finalists: Until April 08, 2024
After the submissions are forwarded to the challenge providers they choose up to 3 final teams that will enter the final phase of the Innovate2030 Program. All teams that submitted will be informed on whether they are finalists or not by mail by April 08, 2024. In case you get to the next phase, please already block the date of the collaboration kickoff now!
Collaboration Kickoff: April 11, 2024
The final teams will be invited tothe collaboration kickoff, where they can get valuable input to further develop their approaches. The kickoff especially lays the foundation for the further collaboration phase and your work with your challenge provider.
Please make sure to be available for the event.
Collaboration Phase: until May 28, 2024
Over the following phase, the goal is to further advance your approaches in close communication with your challenge provider. The concrete form of the collaboration can vary per challenge and is adapted to the needs of the challenge provider, finalists and the solution.
For this purpose, ekipa will guide the process and the definition of the concrete deliverable until the end of the project. On top, we will organize valuable workshops to further help the finalist in preparation for the final event.
Final Pitch Event: May 29, 2024
The final event is the highlight of our innovation program.
We further prepare a full program of panel discussions, networking sessions, and, obviously, the finalists will pitch/discuss their solutions to the challenge providers!
The winners of every challenge will be selected and honored on this day. There will be two winning teams per challenge.
