You can try to stand out and also supplement your submission with prototypes, image and video materials, or other concepts or visual elements - simply submit these files additionally via our platform.
Mandatory Questions
These questions should definitely be answered as part of your concept:
- What specific needs and pain points can be identified in the sustainability transformation of SMEs in the healthcare sector, such as nursing homes, mobile social services, hospitals and assisted living?
- Which holistic consulting concepts can be developed based on these findings?
- What is the potential impact and benefit of the solution for customers?
- How feasible and sustainable is the solution in terms of implementation, scalability, and profitability?
Desired Outcome
At the end of the challenge: co-create a holistic concept that can become a tangible offering from or together with GLS at the end of the project and a successful Proof-of-Concept development.
First Deadline: At least a well-thought-out concept that identifies the needs of SMEs, the missing features in GLS's existing tools and outline the expected outcomes and benefits for SMEs undergoing a sustainability transformation.

Scope
The proposed solutions must align with german-speaking market.
Strategic alignment
Align with the overall strategic goals and objectives of GLS, including stakeholder engagement and financing principles.
Applicability in the healthcare industry
The proposed concepts must be specifically tailored to the requirements and processes of the healthcare sector. Especially for SMEs (10 -150 employees) such as nursing homes, mobile social services, hospitals and assisted living.
Measurability
Provide clear and measurable goals and targets to track progress towards sustainability transformation.
Comprehensive approach
Solutions should consider all relevant aspects of sustainability, including environmental, social and governance. The proposed solutions should have a direct impact on the sustainability efforts of care facilities.
Feasibility
The proposed concepts must be realistic and implementable in order to generate practical benefits in the industry.
Effective tools and assessment instruments
Proposes appropriate tools that can accelerate and effectively implement the sustainable transformation process. Evaluates how technology can be integrated into the consultation process to increase efficiency and sustainability.
Consideration of regulatory frameworks
Ensure that proposed concepts are compliant with existing regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
Collaboration
Foster collaboration and partnerships between clients, GLS and other stakeholders in the context of the consulting concept to drive sustainable change. Identifies partnerships and technologies that enable long-term monitoring and support of the sustainable transformation.
