Future of smart inventory for turbine components
Manufacturers of wind turbines are operating worldwide offering their services far beyond sales - such as maintenance or repair services. However, the turbines are distributed worldwide and are therefore maintained by different providers. Thus, General Electric is looking for digital solutions to provide a digital-mappable inventory of the manufacturer's wind turbine fleet components that have been installed and modified in recent years, as well as a long-term system to have real-time and up-to-date turbine component information.

In order to give the developed solutions, the greatest possible appreciation and attention, all solutions of the final teams will be published in a joint paper of all initiators. - Exclusive events
If you are selected as one of the three final teams from the qualification phase, you will have exclusive access to our ekipa Innovation Bootcamp and Final Event. In these, you will not only pitch your solution to a jury formed by representatives of the respective sectors, but you also receive coaching sessions, listen to interesting keynote speakers and have the opportunity to network with representatives from businesses as well as other innovators. - Collaboration opportunities
There are further cooperation opportunities with General Electric after the challenge is completed. General Electric intends to provide promising teams with the opportunity to further develop their solutions. During the elaboration phase, the challenge finalists will work together with General Electric on their approaches and discuss their interests in possible further steps after the program on an individual basis. Further collaboration and support may result and will be discussed at the end of the program.
