Innovate export packing

A key driver of sustainable production and consumption are the underlying supply chains, the flow of goods and therefore also the way those goods are packed. Address the problem that traditional materials do not necessarily have a positive sustainability footprint! Work together with the logistic-hub duisport and develop alternative approaches for timber-based export packings to align ecological and economic targets.

To support you in your idea and team generation process, you have the opportunity to participate in one of our digital Design Thinking Workshop - register here or find more information here.

If the challenge delivers concrete and feasible results, it is our clear goal to develop and test them in a joint pilot and bring them to market maturity. Our clear goal is to implement a feasible alternative to traditional timber packaging in the packaging market.

For such a pilot project we provide our know-how but also financial means and the necessary infrastructure.

As part of the Challenge, there is already the possibility for the two finalists of the Use Case to receive a kick-off with a presentation of the usual framework conditions and current processes for export packing projects followed by a tour on a packaging facilities to get an overview of the usual projects, processes and material structures of goods or packing in order to align and further elaborate their own solution to the market.

The provision of additional drawings, material photos or customer specifications for this course is also possible in consultation with the customer and a prior NDA drawing.
