Take the opportunity to submit your innovative concepts or solutions. Your documents should be uploaded using the provided [insert template download link] no later than February 4, 2025, 11:59 PM CET.
Touchpoints with RWE:Throughout the qualification phase you will have two touchpoints with RWE.
- Q&A Session 1 - Thursday, 12 November 2024: Ask your questions directly to the Deutsche RWE team.
- Q&A Session 2 - Monday, 9th December 2024: Present your initial ideas or solutions directly to RWE to receive feedback and finalize your solution.

After the first phase, RWE will invite the top participants and teams, following an initial selection, to an exclusive online event. Here, the ideas will be further refined, teams will get to know RWE, and opportunities for future collaboration will be discussed. This event offers a unique opportunity to expand your network and gain deep insights into working at RWE.
Award for the best idea
At the end of the challenge, participants will pitch their ideas to a panel of experts, and the most convincing concept will be rewarded with a €1,000 cash prize. But that’s not all. The winning team will also have the opportunity to join RWE, giving you direct access to future job opportunities. This challenge is not just about winning a prize—it's your chance to connect with the company, showcase your skills, and potentially launch a career with RWE.
