Criteria & guidelines

Measure of Impact

It is essential for solution providers to introduce a clear measure of how their ideas can enhance the quality of life for cancer patients. Target as many of the 6Ps as possible to increase the chances of success.

Sustainability and Scalability
To ensure the sustainability and scalability of the solution, it is crucial to balance the impact on patients with market potential. Participants should try to find a business case around their products and services.

Focus on Services
Participants can focus on building services around the devices that are available from Gerresheimer – see here (Link Knowledge Base)

Target Key Stakeholders
Participants should split their solutions over key concerns of stakeholders, identify the needs of consumers and customers, and base their solutions on them.

Understanding of Target Market
Understanding the target market is key to the success of the solution. Europe and the US are critical markets and should be given adequate attention.

Not just Technology
Participants should not just focus entirely on technological solutions – there could also be other strategic ways to innovate the home care field.
