Chronic diseases are a serious problem on a global scale. They severely limit patient's well-being and enjoyment of life. They put an increasing stress to economies and health care systems. This is avoidable and can be changed. A health-promoting lifestyle can prevent, halt, or even reverse a chronic disease to significantly improve both mental and physical health of a person, while also have positive effects on the economy and healthcare system.
As we want to tackle this together, we are looking for innovative approaches to improve the life of millions of people.

Whats in it for you?
In order to give the developed solutions, the greatest possible appreciation and attention, there will be a joint publication of all Initiators.
This way, they can be regarded as recommendations for actions or impulses for politics, economy and society and at the same time be pursued further.
In addition, the first place of each Challenge will receive prize money of EUR 4,000 and the second place will receive EUR 1,000. Besides, the most creative and/or active team on social media will win a social media prize of EUR 500.
What else is in for you during and after the Generali challenge has finished?
During the elaboration phase, the challenge finalists will work together with Generali on their approaches and discuss their interests in possible further steps after the project on an individual basis. Further collaboration and support programs may result and will be discussed at the end of the project. There is also an option to publish an article in a whitepaper on the topic HEALTH-TECH.
