Work together with BKK VBU on the ServiceCenter of the future: What can a ServiceCenter concept look like that combines the digital and physical worlds and rethinks health insurance services? Develop innovative concepts so that BKK VBU can optimally design the contact interfaces to its customers and continue to improve the lives of many people.

Submissions
In the qualification phase, BKK VBU is primarily focused on identifying the most promising visions and visionaries. To make this possible, you should submit at least two documents:
- Bring your idea to the point with our Submission Form
- Describe the core of your idea in a Management Summary (1 page, Word document).

Criteria that should be considered
Content: digital & analogue combinations, focus on customer needs specially regarding digitization (all target groups), improve customer service & individual contact, regionality & local positioning, include all steps from application to personal support, sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions, employee engagement and involvement
Formal: 50% conceptual with a practical reference, not too complex, outlook on next steps, implementation plan including used technologie
Legal: The e-health law, DVG, §20k, Social Code
Evaluation Criteria: 1. Creativity 2. (Technical) feasibility of the idea 3. Quality of the project proposal 4. Regionality 5. Holistic approach
