Goal
Aliaxis is looking for adhesive solutions that are ultimately implementable, therefore a Proof of Concept is the goal at the end of the challenge. However, keep in mind that the process runs over 2 phases (see timeline). We do not require a fully functional and operational solution in the first phase.
Solution Development
Phase 1: Concept Development
In the first phase of the challenge, participants are asked to (at-least) develop innovative chemical-based concepts that address the key question and challenges stated.
Phase 2: Detailed POC
Participants will join forces with Aliaxis to collaborate and further develop their proposals by developing a more detailed plan, tackle challenges like packaging/installation and finally deliver a prototype or other tangible proof-of-concepts.
Collaboration
Depending on the maturity of the solutions, different cooperation models and venturing opportunities are offered by Aliaxis. This could include incubation support to develop the technology, partnerships, co-development, and access to Aliaxis R&D equipment.
Target audience
This presents a unique opportunity for researchers, startups/companies, young professionals and also students to showcase their innovative solutions and shape the future of sustainable water management.
