- Marketing and Content.
Scope: If you have different ideas and directions that you want to pursue, either check-in with us at ekipa to see if it is worth the effort or clearly demonstrate in your submission why it is also beneficial for Sparkasse Bremen and its affiliates.
Approach: One possible first step towards an MVP is to analyze the needs of customers along the customer interface to identify problems that are relevant and that have a "market".
Another possibility would be a green-field approach.
CUSTOMER SERVICE INNOVATION
