1st Round - Qualification phase: until the 14th September 2020
With the start of the challenge, you have time until the 14th September 2020 23:59 to work on and submit your ideas, concepts and sketches via our online platform.
During this period, you can decide to either fight alone, build a team or find partners/potential team members through our platform. Find more information in our Teams tab.
Interview Phase: 6th & 7th October 2020
The best 10 teams will enter the interview phase of the Challenge. In this phase, you will be able to answer open questions and make the legal arrangements in a joint discussion with the automotive supplier.
All participants will be notified via Email.
Calling the finalists: 8th October 2020
Latest at this date, the client will have decided which participants will reach the elaboration phase of the challenge. A maximum of 6 teams will be selected.
2nd Round – Bootcamp: 15th October 2020
After the end of the qualification phase, you’ll receive detailed feedback by the client during the digital bootcamp. Here you will have the chance to get further input, collaborate with experts and get an individual milestone plan and work assignment to elaborate your approaches during the next phase.
3rd and final Round - Elaboration phase & Final Event: 15th October 2020 – End of November (tbd)
Based on the input received in the bootcamp, you now have time to work on your ideas until the 13th November 2020 23:59, to elaborate/finalize them and develop a more detailed solution of a battery housing for BEVs.
To conclude the challenge, you will have the chance to present your idea in front of a jury of experts and the Management Board at the final event of the challenge.
On this day, we will announce the winner of the “Driving Electrification” Challenge.
