• Proof of Concept (PoC): During the program selected teams collaborate closely with TRUMPF experts to develop a Proof of Concept – across content, integration, and business model. Depending on the maturity and business fit, a paid pilot can already be launched during this phase. This will be agreed on individually before the phase begins.
• Venture Client Partnership: Based on the results of the PoC or pilot, TRUMPF and the solution provider define a long-term partnership model – ranging from licensing and integration to joint development or supplier relationships.
• Joint Scaling: Successful solutions can be scaled across further product groups, use cases, or global sites – supported by TRUMPF’s infrastructure and strategic commitment to long-term innovation.
