Join our live Q&A sessions every Tuesday from 11:00–11:30 AM CET/CEST, Wednesday from 3:00–3:30 PM CET/CEST, and Thursday from 5:00–5:30 PM CET/CEST, or check our FAQs for additional guidance.
In addition to our regular sessions, we will also be offering a special Q&A Sessions with experts from MTU Aero Engines. This session is a great opportunity to ask company-specific questions, gain deeper insights into their expectations, and ensure your solution aligns with their innovation goals. Application deadline: September 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM CET/CEST.
After the deadline, MTU Aero Engines will review all applications and select up to eight teams for the shortlist. These teams will have the opportunity to meet MTU Aero Engines in a virtual "Get-to-Know" session. Following this, up to four teams will be chosen for the Boost Phase and invited to the Collaboration Kickoffs.

Collaboration Kickoffs – October
Each finalist team will participate in a kickoff session designed to refine the proposed approach and lay the groundwork for a venture client partnership with MTU Aero Engines. Participation is mandatory.
Boost Phase – October to January
This phase is supported by ekipa through regular coaching, workshops, and sparring sessions. In close collaboration with MTU Aero Engines, each team will further develop the joint offering and establish the foundation for a potential long-term partnership. The goal is to create a Proof of Concept (PoC) on three levels: content, organizational setup, and commercial model.
Venture Client Networking – November 17, 2025
This day brings together all startups and scaleups participating in the Venture Client Incubator projects. In addition to MTU Aero Engines, other partner companies and representatives from the State of Hesse will be present. Together with your corporate partner, you’ll participate in working sessions to further develop your solution and network with other companies and teams.
Demo Day – January 29, 2026
The Demo Day marks the final highlight of the Venture Client Incubator Hesse. On this day, you will once again meet all participating startups, scaleups, corporate partners, and representatives of the State of Hesse. You will have the opportunity to present your concept and partnership model directly to decision-makers from your corporate partner.
The Demo Day provides the ideal platform to lay the foundation for a long-term strategic partnership while also building valuable connections with other companies and key stakeholders.
Decision Phase
Following the Demo Day, a two-week decision phase begins. During this time, MTU Aero Engines will evaluate the concrete proposals for long-term collaboration and decide whether to enter into a strategic partnership. ekipa supports both parties throughout this decision-making process.
