March 7 - May 1: Qualification Phase
With the start of the challenge, you have time to work on and submit your ideas, concepts and sketches via our online platform. You can register yourself or your team on the ekipa platform and decide to either go it alone, build a team, or find partners/potential team members through our platform. Your submission template must be handed in via the ekipa platform until May 1, 23:59 (CEST).
May 7: Announcement of Qualified Teams
By this date, SAP will have decided which participants or teams will participate in the interviews of the challenge. The announcement will take place on May 7. All qualified teams will be informed via email.
May 12 - May 13: Interview Phase
The best participants or teams will enter the interview phase of the challenge which will be held remotely by conducting individual interviews with SAP. Here, you will be able to present your approaches in person, answer open questions and make the legal arrangements, if necessary, in a joint discussion with SAP.
May 14: Calling the Finalists
By this date at the latest, SAP will have decided which participants or teams will reach the elaboration phase of the challenge. A maximum of 5 teams will be selected. All winner (teams) will be informed via email.
May 15 - June 20: Elaboration Phase
Based on elaborate feedback and the key areas to work on given by SAP, you will start the elaboration phase. During the phase there will be regular sparring with experts from SAP and you will get an individual milestone plan and a work assignment to detail your approaches and guidelines until the final event. The goal in this phase is to apply the developed guidelines to SAP applications. Your further elaborations must be handed in via the ekipa platform until June 20, 23:59 (CEST).
June 22: Final Event
To conclude the challenge, you will have the chance to present your idea to a jury of experts from SAP at the digital final event of the challenge. We will announce the winners on this day.
