How does the submission process work?

Submissions are collected via an online form. You can submit your solution by June 23, 2026.

The submission consists of the following main elements:

  • Online form (required)
The form serves as the standardized foundation of your submission. It guides you through a structured set of questions to clearly describe your idea, your approach, and its potential impact.
  • Pitch Deck (required upload)
In addition to the form, you are required to upload a pitch deck. This allows you to further elaborate on your idea and present it in a more visual and compelling way.
  • Additional Materials (optional)
You may also upload optional materials such as videos, images, or other supporting documents that provide further insight into your idea.

Feel free to get creative and draw sketches, paper prototypes or even use Artificial Intelligence to generate an image of your idea!

Pitch Deck Guidline

To support your submission, you are required to upload a pitch deck that clearly presents your idea.

There is no fixed format — however, the following structure can help you communicate your idea in a clear and compelling way:

1.     Idea & Challenge: Provide a clear overview of your idea and the problem it addresses, including its relevance.

2.     Solution & Technology: Explain your solution, how it works, and the role of technology in enabling it.

3.     Impact & Value: Describe the intended impact of your solution and the value it creates for users, communities, or the environment.

4.     Feasibility & Outlook: Outline the current stage of your idea, its feasibility, and its potential for future development or scaling.

5.     Team: Introduce your team, highlight relevant skills or perspectives, include a group photo, and add an (AI)-generated image that visualizes your idea or its potential application.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Creativity (i.e., idea – most emphasized in round 1 - Top 12 teams):
Is the idea new, important, and clearly differentiated from others? Does it connect with broader global agendas?
  • Quality (i.e., implementation – most emphasized in round 2 - Top 6 teams):
Are the problem and solution logically well-addressed? Has the idea been tested, refined, and prepared to face real-world challenges?
  • Impact (i.e., scalability – most emphasized round 3 - Top 3 Teams):
Is the solution relatable to its target community? Has it received positive feedback from beneficiaries, and could it be scaled for broader use?

Legal procedure

No rights to solutions or submissions are transferred or granted as part of the Challenge. Please note the following: Prize money as part of the project is linked to participation in the IMPACT phase from Samsung's Accelerator Programme.
