In our workshops, you'll dive into a human-centered innovation process that helps you:

Through a mix of teamwork, creative methods, and expert guidance, you’ll turn abstract problems into tangible, testable solutions.
Structure of workshop
The workshop is structured around the classic Design Thinking process phases:
- Empathize: Deeply understand users and their needs through Stakeholder mapping
- Define: Clearly articulate the problem from the user's perspective
- Ideate: Generate a wide range of creative solution ideas through Crazy 8 & visual brainstorming
- Prototype: Make ideas tangible and discussable with paper & parallel prototyping
- Test: Gather feedback, validate assumptions, improve the solution with the 4-quadrant methodtesting
