#2 Select the challenge 

Choose the challenge you want to participate in and click "take part".

#3 Select options of participation 

There are different options as to how you can participate in our challenges: You can create a new team for the challenge, join an existing team or participate alone (for further information: Look at the next question).

#4 Submit your idea 

Download the Submission Template. Develop new ideas and approaches and submit them via our platform's challenge workspace before the given deadline has passed.

The Rohde & Schwarz RIS Challenge welcomes all students and young professionals—regardless of your field of study. Whether you specialize in electrical and information engineering, high-frequency technology, telecommunications, communication technology, computer science, or signal processing, we seek diverse perspectives to tackle the challenges of developing and implementing RIS. Your expertise and fresh ideas, whether in the area of software or hardware, can make a real difference. Take the opportunity to help shape the future of wireless communication technologies!

For submission, simply describe your idea or approach in the Application Template and upload it via our platform. It doesn't have to be a fully elaborated concept with a concrete implementation strategy. Visualizing your approach (e.g., a sketch, visual designs, or a prototype) is advantageous - it should be developed as best as possible but appropriate for the available time.
