Application Phase: Send Us Your Concepts! 

Take this opportunity to showcase your innovative concepts and solutions. During this phase, we are available each week to answer your questions and support you. Join our live Q&A sessions every Tuesday from 11:00–11:30 AM CET/CEST, Wednesday from 3:00–3:30 PM CET/CEST, and Thursday from 5:00–5:30 PM CET/CEST, or check our FAQs for additional guidance. 

In addition to our regular sessions, we will also be offering a special Q&A call with experts from Prym. This session is a great opportunity to ask company-specific questions, gain deeper insights into their expectations, and ensure your solution aligns with their innovation goals. Join these Q&A sessions on Tuesday, the 9th of September, 2025, at 1:00 PM CET/CEST.

Application deadline: September 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM CET/CEST. 

After the deadline, Prym will review all applications and select their favourite teams for the shortlist. These teams will have the opportunity to meet Prym in a virtual "Get-to-Know" session. Following this, up to two teams will be chosen for the PoC Phase and invited to the Collaboration Kickoffs. 

PoC Phase: Starting with Kickoffs 

1-2 weeks after the finalist announcement, each finalist will engage in a kickoff session with Prym aimed at refining approaches and laying the groundwork for a co-creation journey together in the PoC Phase. The session will be guided by open innovation experts from ekipa. Attendance is mandatory.  

In the PoC phase you will adapt and refine your approaches in close collaboration with Prym, establishing the groundwork for a potential long-term partnership. Realize and validate a concrete PoC together with Prym to demonstrate the potential impact of your solution. Based on defined criteria, you’ll co-develop the PoC and submit a proposal for possible follow-up models (e.g. pilot, purchase, co-development). 

Demo Day – one day (tbd) 

Present the results of the joint PoC phase, as well as the proposal of a concrete offer for a follow-up model. The Demo Day brings together decision-makers and management representatives from Prym to jointly discuss the outcomes and assess continuation options in depth.  

Decision Phase 

After the Demo Day, a decision phase, which lasts about two weeks, takes place in which Prym examines the specific offers for a long-term collaboration and then decides to enter into a concrete collaboration. At this point, ekipa supports both sides in the decision-making process. Â
