The aim is to validate a solution in a first pilot and demonstrate its potential for a broader roll-out. Order-picking in a large-scale logistics center still produces avoidable errors — wrong items, wrong quantities, or items placed on the wrong roll container — due to limited feedback, low transparency, and a lack of real-time verification for workers.

These errors cause rework, process delays, unnecessary costs, and impact store operations. Given the logistics center’s high volumes, even small error rates have material financial and operational consequences.

  3. Get-to-Know Session with the logistics team to explore use case alignment and requirements. 
  4. Proof of Concept (PoC) Building with a clearly defined scope in selected aisles to validate impact under real conditions. 
  5. Successful solutions will then be considered for scale-up phases.
