Goal
The Swiss watchmaking company is looking for innovative coating solutions for gold and nickel that can be integrated and scaled into existing manufacturing processes.
The primary goal is to develop a Proof of Concept by the end of the open innovation project. However, keep in mind that the process is divided into two phases. A fully functional solution is not required in the first phase.
Solution Development
- Phase 1: Concept Development
Participants are asked to develop innovative concepts that address the key challenges and questions posed. - Phase 2: Detailed PoC
Participants will collaborate with the Swiss watchmaking company (after signing and NDA) to further refine their proposals, tackle practical challenges, and deliver a prototype or other tangible proof of concept. - Collaboration
Depending on the maturity of the solutions, different cooperation models and opportunities are available. This could include incubation support, partnerships, or co-development in order to see your technology implemented at an industrial level.
