The following gives you an overview of the different phases and events within the program.
Qualification Phase: until September 27, 2023
In this phase, you will have the opportunity to develop new ideas and solutions or to further develop and apply your existing idea or solution. You can either work alone or together in (interdisciplinary) teams.
You have until September 27, 2023, 11:59 PM CEST to submit your approaches.
Calling the Finalists: October 10, 2023
After the submissions are forwarded to the challenge providers they chose 2 final teams that will enter the final phase of the INNOVATE2030 program. All teams that submitted will be informed on whether they are finalists or not by mail October 10, 2023.
Virtual Innovation Bootcamp: October 24, 2023
The final teams will be invited to a digital innovation bootcamp, where they can get valuable input to further develop their approaches. The innovation bootcamp especially lays the foundation for the further collaboration phase and your work with your challenge provider.
Please make sure to be available for the bootcamp.
Collaboration Phase: until November 30, 2023
Over the following phase the goal is to further advance your approaches in close communication with your challenge provider. The concrete form of the collaboration can vary per challenge and is adapted to the needs of the challenge provider, finalists and the solution.
For this purpose, ekipa will guide the process and the definition of the concrete deliverable until the end of the project. On-top we will organize valuable workshops to further help the finalist in preparation to the final event.
Final Pitch Event: December 05, 2023
The final event is the highlight of our innovation program and will be virtually.
We further prepare a full program of panel discussions, networking sessions, and, obviously, the finalists will pitch their solutions to the challenge providers!
The winners of every challenge will be selected and honored on this day. There will be two winning teams per challenge. The first place will receive prize money of EUR 2,000. The second place will receive prize money of EUR 1,000.
Furthermore, there will be one social media prize of EUR 500 for one of the final teams of the whole program, which shared its steps and processes the most via the social media channels.
