Main Criteria
Develop a concept/prototype according to the following criteria:
- Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding the needs and preferences of different customer segments. The concept should demonstrate a clear understanding of these segments and propose (digital) solutions that are tailored to their specific requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty or attract new customers altogether.
- Regional Brand Identity: The regional brand must be strong and memorable. The concept should emphasize regionality, making it a tangible and engaging aspect of the customer experience. Consider how the brand's regional roots can be effectively communicated and experienced through digital and non-digital touchpoints.
- Atruvia Integration: Ensure that if a digital concept/prototype is developed, it seamlessly integrates with the Atruvia interface, supporting banking and service products in line with Volksbank Stuttgart’s existing digital infrastructure. The Atruvia connection must be utilized to its full potential, ensuring that all digital products and services are well-integrated and provide value to the customer. This will also be a focus point for the second collaboration phase.
- Comprehensive and Practical: Develop a well-rounded concept that goes beyond theoretical frameworks. The submission should be detailed and practical, offering feasible solutions that can be refined and scaled within a real-world banking environment. The concept should clearly illustrate its potential impact and viability, providing a strong foundation for further development into a functional prototype or full-scale solution.
Optional
The following aspects can be considered but are not mandatory:
- Beyond Digital: While digital solutions are a core component, the concept/prototype could also explore ways to make regionality tangible beyond digital platforms. Provide insights and ideas on how physical and service-oriented aspects can enhance the regional banking experience, making it more relatable and authentic to local customers.
- Functional Prototype: Create a first tangible, working prototype during the qualification phase that goes beyond theoretical ideas and can be further developed in a banking environment.
