Deutsche Telekom IT is looking for visionary ideas and talents ready to significantly shape the future of digital networking between students and Deutsche Telekom IT through innovative technologies and digitalization.

In the following you can find information on the first phase in which you can develop initial solutions to the challenge. Project start will be the 10th of October 2024 – you can start submitting ideas!
Touchpoints with Deutsche Telekom IT: Already in the first phase, there are two virtual sessions with the Deutsche Telekom IT team:
- Q&A Session 1 - Thursday, 7 November 2024 from 17:00 to 18:00 CEST: Ask your questions directly to the Deutsche Telekom IT team.
- Q&A Session 2 - Monday, 16 December 2024 from 17:00 to 18:00 CEST: Present your initial ideas or solutions directly to Deutsche Telekom IT to receive feedback and finalize your solution.
Submission Deadline: Your documents should be uploaded using the provided [insert template download link] no later than February 4, 2025, 11:59 PM CET.

After the initial phase, Deutsche Telekom IT invites the best participants and teams for an exclusive virtual event following a preliminary selection. Here, ideas are further refined, teams get to know Deutsche Telekom IT in depth, and opportunities for future collaboration are discussed. This event offers a unique opportunity to expand your network and gain deep insights into working with Deutsche Telekom IT.
Awarding the Best Idea and Participant Benefits
At the end of the challenge, participants will pitch their ideas to a panel of experts, and the most convincing concept will be rewarded with a €1,000 cash prize. But that’s not all. The winning team will also have the opportunity to join Deutsche Telekom's Talent Program, giving you direct access to future job opportunities, such as work-study positions and internships.
Top-performing participants may be invited to Deutsche Telekom's headquarters for a meet-and-greet with key industry leaders, giving you an insider’s look at our innovative work culture. This challenge is not just about winning a prize—it's your chance to connect with the company, showcase your skills, and potentially launch a career with Deutsche Telekom.
