How are you involved?

Hallesche is actively seeking a committed business & innovation partner- and to ensure the selection of the most suitable, we've structured our process into two comprehensive phases.

Submission Phase: Send us your approaches!

Seize this moment to showcase your innovative solutions or prototypes Throughout this phase, we're available every week in our Q&A sessions to address your questions and provide support or simply explore our FAQs for additional assistance. Deadline: July 9, 2024, 23:59 PM CEST.

After the deadline, Hallesche will review all submissions and select up to five teams to be shortlisted and given the opportunity to get to know Hallesche in a virtual meeting. Afterwards, up to three teams will be chosen for the final phase and will be invited to the Collaboration KickOffs.

Collaboration Kickoffs: 1-2 weeks after finalist anouncement

Each finalist will engage in a session with Hallesche aimed at refining approaches and laying the groundwork for a funded co-creation journey together in the Collaboration Phase.
Attendance is mandatory.

Funded Collaboration Phase: Starting right after the Collaboration KickOffs

Adapt and refine your approaches in close collaboration with Hallesche, establishing the groundwork for a potential long-term partnership. Each finalist team will receive up to 2,000 euros for successfully conducting this phase.

Final Presentation: one-day

Finalists will present their refined approaches and potential long-term propositions, followed by in-depth discussions. Hallesche will then deliberate on the final details and determine which partnership to progress further with.
