Submission Phase 

Seize this moment to receive market entry support from EWG. Throughout this phase, we're available every week in our Q&A sessions to address your questions and provide support or simply explore our FAQs for additional assistance. Deadline: July 07   

Get-2-Know Interviews: Beginning of August

After the deadline, EWG will review all submissions and select teams to get to know in a virtual meeting. In this 30-minute call both parties can ask questions to assess the fit for this project.

The interviews will take place on the following days:

  • 05. August, 10:30 - 13:00 (CEST)
  • 06. August, 14:00 - 16:30 (CEST)
  • 12. August, 9:30 - 12:00 (CEST)
  • 13. August, 14:00 - 16:30 (CEST)

Collaboration Kickoffs: End of August

Each scale-up will participate in a session with EWG to explore the potential for establishing an office in Essen. The session will also cover available support from EWG, including funding opportunities, networking access, and consultation. Open Innovation experts from ekipa will guide the session.

The Collaboration Kickoffs will take place on the following days:

POC-Phase: September

Scale-ups will engage in deeper discussions with EWG to identify tailored support for entering the German market.

Demo Day: End of September

Each scale-up presents their expansion plan and outlines the support they seek from EWG. The session includes a discussion with EWG to clarify details and evaluate next steps for support programs.
