We created an app that evaluates language in job postings to ensure both women and men find them appealing. By scaling the app to function cross-culturally, we can help ensure the BMW Group has balanced gender resprensentation across the globe.

Our approach aims to detect pay gender gap that may lead to the probability of attrition due to lack of inclusion within the BMW Group plant SLP. We want to support the HR department in detecting this gap, since a raise in the churn rate has been identified in recent months.
